Three-Pronged attack on deadly leukemia aims for cure

Summary

This study is testing a combination of three drugs to try to cure patients with a specific, aggressive type of leukemia called acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). The goal is to see if using these drugs together can eliminate the cancer for good, allowing patients to stop treatment and remain healthy. The trial is for 151 adults who have not yet received treatment for their APL.
