Summary
This study tests three materials—amniotic membrane, mineral trioxide aggregate putty, and biodentine—for treating deep cavities in children's permanent molars that are still growing. The goal is to help the tooth root finish developing and avoid root canal or extraction. Seventy-five healthy children aged 7 to 10 will receive one of the treatments, and their teeth will be checked for pain, swelling, and root growth using 3D X-rays over 12 months.
