Summary

This early-stage study tests a drug called apalutamide in 19 Chinese men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The main goals are to check how the drug moves through the body and to see if it is safe. Researchers will also measure changes in PSA levels, a marker of prostate cancer activity.
