Can a daily supplement sharpen your mind? new trial investigates
NCT ID NCT07388043
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called AP-Brain can improve memory and thinking skills in healthy adults aged 40-79 who have noticed their own memory problems. Participants will take either AP-Brain or a placebo (inactive substance) daily for 56 days and complete computer-based memory and thinking tests. The main goal is to see if AP-Brain is safe and if it leads to better cognitive performance compared to the placebo.
