Can a daily supplement sharpen your mind? new Brain-Boosting trial seeks answers
NCT ID NCT07388043
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called AP-Brain can improve memory and thinking skills in healthy adults aged 40-79 who have noticed their own memory slipping. Researchers will give 120 participants either the supplement at one of three doses or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredient) for 56 days. The main goal is to see if AP-Brain is safe and if it leads to better scores on standard computer tests of memory, attention, and reaction time compared to the placebo.
