New stent device tested to prevent deadly aortic ruptures

NCT ID NCT06578741

Summary

This study is monitoring how well a new stent device works for treating dangerous bulges in the body's main artery (aortic aneurysms) in real-world medical practice. It will follow 300 patients who receive the device for up to 10 years to check if it remains safe and effective. The main goals are to confirm the device's benefits outweigh its risks and to ensure doctors are properly trained to use it.
