NCT ID NCT07298031
Summary
This study aims to see if teaching specific psychology and music-based techniques in choir class can help reduce anxiety and improve overall wellbeing in teenagers. Researchers will work with about 200 middle and high school choir students, teaching them breathing exercises and other methods to manage performance stress and emotions. They will compare survey results from students who learn the techniques to those in a control group who do not.
