Summary
This study tested a short, non-medication anxiety treatment called VAST for Veterans in primary care. 177 Veterans with anxiety symptoms were randomly assigned to receive VAST or usual care. Researchers compared anxiety severity and daily functioning between the groups over 28 weeks to see if VAST was more effective.
