New video therapy aims to ease mental health struggles for teens with rare disorder

Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week video therapy program can help teenagers with PKU manage anxiety and depression. Researchers will enroll 30 adolescents aged 10-17 who have PKU and experience these symptoms. Half will start therapy immediately, while the other half will wait and serve as a comparison group to see if the program makes a difference.
