Inside the stress: research measures anxiety in psychiatric nurses
NCT ID NCT07418255
Summary
This study aimed to measure how anxious nurses feel while working in psychiatric hospitals and mental health centers. Researchers surveyed 543 experienced psychiatric nurses to understand their stress levels and identify what factors at work contribute to anxiety. The goal was to gather information to better support these healthcare workers, not to test a treatment.
