Can we treat toddler anxiety before it takes root?
NCT ID NCT04039243
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of parent-child therapy, delivered remotely, can help reduce anxiety in very young children (ages 2-3) who show high levels of fear or shyness. Researchers are working with 90 families to see if this early intervention is practical and effective at lowering anxiety symptoms. The main goal is to see if children improve after the therapy and if those improvements last for a year.
