New therapy aims to ease anxiety in teens with rare metabolic disorder

Summary
This study tests a brief skills-based program called Show Me FIRST to help teens aged 10-17 with PKU reduce anxiety and depression. 30 participants will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or after a waiting period. The goal is to see if the therapy improves mood and daily thinking skills.
