Phone therapy boosts inhaler use in anxious asthma patients

Summary
This study tests whether weekly phone calls with education, relaxation techniques, and motivational interviewing can help adults with asthma who are anxious about using their steroid inhaler. 216 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the extra phone support, the other gets standard follow-up. The goal is to see if this approach improves inhaler use, reduces anxiety, and leads to better asthma control.
