This study looked at the use of antiTNFα drugs in pregnant women with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) to see if doctors followed guidelines and what the risks and benefits were for both mother and baby. Researchers analyzed data from over 8,700 pregnancies in France between 2011 and 2014. The goal was to better understand how to manage IBD during pregnancy safely.
