Heart valve repair study seeks best blood thinner combo for 880 patients

Summary

This study looks at the best way to use blood thinners after a minimally invasive heart valve repair (TEER) in people with mitral regurgitation who also need long-term anticoagulation. About 880 participants will be randomly assigned to different blood-thinning strategies. The main goal is to see which approach causes fewer bleeding problems over one year.
