First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether acetaminophen (like Tylenol) can reduce walking fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. Twenty participants will take either the drug or a placebo, then walk on a treadmill until they get tired. A week later, they repeat the test with the opposite pill. The goal is to see if lowering body temperature helps them walk longer.
