Head-to-Head test: which drug better calms troubling mind symptoms?

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two existing medications works better for reducing distressing hallucinations and delusions in people with Parkinson's disease or Lewy body dementia. It will compare pimavanserin and quetiapine in about 94 patients who need to start treatment for these symptoms. The main goal is to see which drug leads to greater improvement in psychosis over six months of real-world use.
