Shorter or longer blood thinners after leg procedure? new study aims to find out.

Summary

This study looks at people with peripheral artery disease who have had a procedure to open blocked leg arteries. It compares taking two blood thinners for 1 month versus 6 months after the procedure. The goal is to see which approach keeps arteries open longer without causing more bleeding. About 350 adults will take part.
