Summary
This study looks at how the antifungal drug fluconazole affects the gut microbiome and immune system in healthy men. Fifty volunteers aged 18-35 will either take fluconazole daily for 14 days or receive no treatment. Researchers will collect stool and blood samples over 6 months to track changes. The goal is to understand the drug's impact, not to treat any disease.
