Summary
This trial is testing whether adding the antidepressant drug vortioxetine to standard brain cancer treatment helps patients live longer without their cancer worsening. The drug was identified through lab tests showing it might fight brain cancer cells. The study will enroll 78 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma to see if this repurposed medication improves outcomes.
