Less antibiotics may work just as well after nose surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether a single dose of antibiotics given during nose surgery works as well as taking a full course of antibiotics afterward to prevent infection. About 864 adults having nose surgery will take part. The goal is to see if using fewer antibiotics is safe and effective.
