Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new combination antibiotic in people with different levels of kidney function. Researchers will give a single dose to 40 participants, including those on dialysis, to see how their bodies process the drug and check for side effects. The goal is to gather information to help determine safe future doses for patients with kidney disease.
