Summary
This study tested a drug called aflibercept, given as an injection around the eye, to see if it is safe for people with active thyroid eye disease. Eleven adults with mild to moderate symptoms received three injections over several weeks. The main goal was to check for side effects, not to measure how well the treatment works.
