Summary
This study tested a mix of six Chinese herbs, called Anti-tumor B, in 30 people with squamous cell cancer of the mouth. Participants took the herbal blend before their planned surgery to see if it could slow cancer cell growth. The main goal was to measure changes in a marker called Ki-67, which indicates how fast cancer cells are multiplying.
