This study examines a rare brain disease called anti-LGI1 encephalitis, where the immune system attacks a protein in the brain, causing memory loss, confusion, and seizures. Researchers will review medical records from 112 patients across five hospitals in Eastern China to see how often the disease returns or causes lasting problems.
