Summary
This study tests a new vaccine, dAd5GNE, in 150 people with cocaine dependence. The vaccine aims to train the immune system to block cocaine from reaching the brain, reducing its effects. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also measure cocaine use and antibody levels. Participants will also receive behavioral therapy.
