Summary

This study looks at the best ways to provide balanced energy and protein supplements to pregnant women in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. About 6,750 women will be assigned to different supplement strategies and followed from pregnancy through six weeks after birth. The goal is to see which approach works best to prevent issues like low birth weight, preterm birth, and stillbirth.
