First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new pain medicine called anrikefon can better control deep internal pain after laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery. About 140 adults having colorectal surgery will receive either anrikefon or a standard painkiller through a pump they control. The goal is to see if anrikefon reduces pain during movement and at rest over the first two days after surgery.
