Can anonymous online therapy work as well as the standard version?
NCT ID NCT06465589
Summary
This study is testing whether an online therapy program for social anxiety that can be used completely anonymously works as well as a standard version that requires personal information like an email address. Researchers are enrolling 452 adults with social anxiety to use one of the two versions of the program and track their symptoms. The main goal is to see if the anonymous version is effective and to understand what type of program users prefer.
