First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of drugs (anlotinib, bempegaldesleukin) plus standard chemoradiotherapy for people with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors and control the disease. About 46 adults aged 18-80 will take part. The approach is exploratory, meaning it's not yet proven to work better than current options.
