Virtual foot exercises could ease ankle pain for active adults
NCT ID NCT06959472
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week remote foot training program could help reduce ankle pain and improve jump performance in active adults with a history of ankle sprains. Participants were randomly assigned to either follow the training program or continue their usual activities. All training and assessments were done virtually through video calls and a smartphone app.
