Summary

This study looks at how ankle muscle performance is linked to chronic low back pain in 50 men aged 20-40. Researchers will measure ankle strength and endurance using special equipment, along with pain and disability levels. The goal is to better understand how the ankle contributes to movement problems in people with ongoing back pain.
