Summary

This study aims to understand why some ballet dancers get ankle injuries. Researchers will measure the strength, balance, and flexibility of 45 participants, including dancers with past injuries, dancers without injuries, and people who don't dance. The goal is to identify physical traits linked to injury risk to help design better prevention and recovery programs for dancers.
