Can taping and exercise fix wobbly ankles in athletes?
NCT ID NCT07427290
Summary
This study tested whether a six-week exercise program improves balance for athletes with chronic ankle instability. It also checked if adding special athletic tape (kinesio taping) to the exercises provides extra benefit. Researchers compared three groups of athletes: one doing exercises, one doing exercises plus taping, and one control group, to see which approach worked best.
