First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 27, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study follows 125 adults with lupus who are starting a new injectable medication called anifrolumab. Researchers want to see how many patients can achieve remission (very low disease activity) after two years of treatment in routine medical practice. The goal is to understand if this drug helps control lupus symptoms in real life, not just in controlled research settings.
