First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study will test a mobile app called CALM designed to help veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) control anger and impulsivity. About 100 veterans and a family member or friend will be split into two groups: one using the CALM app and the other receiving brain health education. The goal is to see if the app reduces anger, improves thinking skills, and helps veterans function better in daily life.
