Summary
This study tests two local anesthetics (articaine with epinephrine vs. mepivacaine without epinephrine) in 60 adults with controlled high blood pressure who need a single upper tooth pulled. The goal is to see which drug provides better pain control and causes fewer changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels. Participants must have blood pressure below 160/100 mmHg and no serious heart or health issues.
