Do different anesthesia machines work the same for kids?
NCT ID NCT06510803
Summary
This study aimed to gather information by comparing how two different brands of anesthesia machines delivered sevoflurane gas to children. It involved 24 healthy children, aged 2-6, who were already scheduled for minor surgery. Researchers recorded the gas levels and vital signs during the first 10 minutes of anesthesia to see if the machines performed differently.
