Summary

This study observed 90 adults having surgery to remove kidney stones. It compared whether spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia caused less body-wide inflammation after the procedure. Researchers looked at standard blood test results before and after surgery to see which anesthesia type was linked to a smaller inflammatory response.
