Summary
This study compared two different anesthesia combinations used during major spine surgery. The goal was to see which method better preserves the electrical signals doctors use to monitor nerve and spinal cord function during the operation, helping to prevent nerve damage. It involved 78 adult patients undergoing spine procedures.
