Summary
This study aims to find out which type of anesthesia causes less nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. It will compare a method using only intravenous drugs (TIVA) to one using inhaled gases. The goal is to improve patient comfort and recovery by reducing this common and distressing side effect.
