Summary

This study is testing whether using less or no opioid painkillers during anesthesia for colorectal cancer surgery affects cancer cell behavior and patient recovery. Researchers are comparing three different anesthesia plans in 90 patients undergoing surgery. They will measure markers in the blood and see how well patients recover after surgery.
