New hope for blood cancer patients battling severe anemia
NCT ID NCT04455841
Summary
This study is testing a new drug called INCB000928 to see if it can help people with a serious bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis who have severe anemia. The drug will be tested alone and in combination with an existing medication, ruxolitinib. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if it can reduce the need for blood transfusions and improve red blood cell counts.
