Summary
This study tested a new drug, MT-6548, against a standard treatment (darbepoetin alfa) for anemia in people with chronic kidney disease who are on hemodialysis. The goal was to see if the new drug works just as well at keeping hemoglobin levels stable. 323 participants took part in this phase 3 trial in Japan.
