New combo therapy aims to halt return of prostate cancer

Summary
This study is for men whose prostate cancer has come back and spread to a few other places in the body. It compares two radioactive drugs (225Ac-PSMA-617 and 177Lu-PSMA-617) given together with precise, high-dose radiation to the tumors. The goal is to see which combination works better at stopping the cancer from growing, while keeping side effects manageable. About 107 men will take part.
