Summary
This study looked at whether testosterone replacement therapy can improve dry eye symptoms in men with low testosterone. 77 men participated, half with low testosterone and half healthy. Researchers measured tear quality and eye comfort before and during treatment. The goal was to see if hormone therapy helps the eyes.
