First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving precise, high-dose radiation to visible cancer spots can help men with metastatic prostate cancer who are already responding to hormone therapy. About 80 participants will be randomly chosen to receive either standard care or additional radiation to their tumors. The goal is to see if this approach lowers PSA levels more and delays cancer progression.
