7-Year Alzheimer's watch: blood test spots hidden brain decline

Summary
This study follows 3,400 adults who report no memory problems for about 7 years. Researchers use blood tests and thinking exercises to see who shows early signs of Alzheimer's-related decline. The goal is to better understand how the disease progresses in people with and without a key blood marker (P-tau217).
