First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tested a drug called imsidolimab (ANB019) to treat acne-like skin rashes that can happen as a side effect of certain cancer treatments. The trial planned to include people with cancer who were getting EGFR or MEK inhibitor therapy and had at least 20 facial bumps. However, the study was stopped early and only enrolled 4 participants, so no clear conclusions can be drawn.
