430 patients to help predict dangerous Post-Surgery leaks

Summary
This study is observing 430 adults who have colorectal surgery to understand why some develop a serious complication called an anastomotic leak (a leak where the bowel is reconnected). Researchers will track factors before, during, and after surgery to build a risk prediction model. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients and potentially prevent this complication in the future.
